With over a decade of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve had a front-row seat to hundreds of wedding days; not just capturing beautiful moments, but helping create them. For more than 10 years, I’ve worked closely with couples from the early planning stages all the way through their final send-off, guiding timelines, offering advice, and making sure every detail flows seamlessly.
Throughout the years, my role has extended far beyond photography. I’ve helped couples plan key elements of their day, recommended trusted vendors, communicated directly with florists, DJs, planners, and venues, and coordinated moving parts in real time to keep everything on schedule. I understand how a wedding day unfolds; what works, what doesn’t, and how to pivot when needed.
After walking alongside so many couples and supporting them behind the scenes, it felt like a natural step to bring all of that experience into dedicated wedding coordination. My goal is simple: to take the knowledge I’ve gained in the wedding industry and use it to create a smooth, stress-free experience for you.

The Bud Package is designed to ensure everything you’ve worked so hard to plan comes together seamlessly. Beginning four weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll connect for a detailed phone consultation to review your plans, timeline, vendors, and logistics. Two weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet again (zoom-facetime-phone call) to finalize details, confirm expectations, and ensure every moving piece is in place. Unlimited contact via email, text or phone call when I am needed.
On your wedding day, I will:
• Assist with ceremony and reception décor setup
• Help coordinate the wedding processional
• Manage and maintain your timeline throughout the day
• Communicate directly with vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Provide hands-on support for the bride and groom as needed
• Oversee décor tear-down at the end of the evening
Up to 8 hours of wedding day coordination is included.
With the Bud Package, you can step into your wedding day knowing someone experienced is there to guide the flow, handle the details, and allow you to fully enjoy every moment.
Beginning six weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll review your plans in detail during a scheduled consultation, followed by a final call two weeks before your wedding to confirm logistics, timeline flow, and vendor details. Unlimited contact via email, text or phone call when I am needed.
In addition to all services included in the Bud Package, the Blossom Package also includes:
• Two additional hours of wedding day coverage (10 hours total)
• Rehearsal walk-through coordination (within one hour of Lapeer) additional fee for anything over an hour.
• Extended vendor communication and management leading up to and throughout the wedding day
